25 August - David Bitton Cooking Classes and Fine Food Dinner
David will be in QLD in early September for a short time only to host an exclusive cooking class at the great new Sunshine Coast restaurant Salt House. David's skill in the kitchen is based on years of working in 5 star restaurants and his French and African influences are unique and exceptionally delicious. As David says "food is not just about eating. It is about memories, it is about influences, it is about enjoyment. Food is about living life and enjoying every moment that comes your way."
27th July - New Sami's Kitchen Tasting Kits
The New Sami' Kitchen tasting kits have just arrived in Queensland. Now tasting these Middle Eastern style spice mixes is easy, quick and mess free. As a true artist and fine chocolatier, Issy has trained in Europe and Australia.He has learnt in depth a skill that takes years to perfect. An educated buyer will be able to discern the true characteristics of a premium panned chocolate.
Issy has personally selected chocolate that creates a perfect coating bringing out the subtleties of the centre.
Issy only uses pure premium Callebaut Belgian style chocolate. When producing high quality panned chocolate from appearance, to taste profiles there is no substitute for a perfectly hand panned product.
Issy's Nestar range is an expression of chocolate as fine art, it creates memories it evokes emotions. Issy has created his own signature recipes for his brand, Nestar.

18 May - Mirrabooka Protein - Online Recipes
Jeff from Mirrabooka protein has recently released two new online videos about his great product. The first is a fantastic recipe sent in by a Mirrabooka customer and made by Jeff himself, in the second 2 X World Surfing Champion and Pipeline master Tom Carrol talks about Mirrabooka at this years Quicksilver Pro on the Gold Coast. 10 May - Maleny Cuisine - Packaging Change

5 May - Monbana Liquid Chocolate. Towards the end of May their will be a special demonstration by famous Monbana barista Geoffroy Maubon. This is a hospitality and coffee industry event only. 30 April Christmas Pre-Orders.We have just completed meetings with our Chocolate and Confectionery Importers for Christmas products 2011. Our show room on the Sunshine Coast is now choc-a-block with Christmas samples and demo stock. This years range includes new products from Abtey - French Chocolates, Oliva - Italian Chocolate & Nuts, New designer gift boxes from Gudrun chocolates, Belgian Butter and Borders biscuits and much much more. Our Christmas range includes European chocolates, gift lines, biscuits, confectionery and specialty lines. Over the next two months we will be placing our pre-orders for overseas Christmas products!
