A unique recipe handed down through generations is the secret to our amazing chorizo. You cannot help be taken aback by the deep colour, and the aroma it emits during cooking will be something you will never forget. Our chorizo are smoked and cooked so all you need to do is remove the natural casing slice and fry off to add to your favourite dish. Perfect on pizza in paella or very much at home of a charcuterie board to give a great balance of flavour.

 If you are looking for an all-natural product free from unnecessary food additives then our smallgoods are for you!! We do not use a chemical sodium nitrite (250) in the curing process, replacing all commonly used chemical ingredients with natural alternatives so to eliminate any E numbers.

At Gamze Smokehouse we believe in using locally grown ingredients, low food miles and making everything by hand in small batches.
