Smoked Chicken breast is a very special product and a lot of our customers say it is their favourite. Chicken lends itself very well to the process of curing and smoking as it absorbs the brine very well and takes on an amazing colour and flavour from the smoking process. It eats very well both hot or cold.

Made from tender, premium quality free range chicken, this product is bursting with flavour. It’s smoky aroma and juicy tenderness give it a variety of amazing uses in cooking; such as pasta, pizza, salads and kids lunch’s. But our favourite is a Smoked Chicken and pea risotto, made simply with white wine and parmesan cheese.

If you are looking for an all-natural product free from unnecessary food additives then our smallgoods are for you!! We do not use a chemical sodium nitrite (250) in the curing process, replacing all commonly used chemical ingredients with natural alternatives so to eliminate any E numbers.
